How to Book and Pay

We have made changes to our booking and operating systems in response to the Pandemic.  Full details of the changes that we will be implementing can be found in the attached document below Attending Cockermouth Pilates Studio during Pandemic.  If you are on our email list this will have been sent to you.  If you are not please download it, read through it and only book an in person place if you feel you can comply with the requirements.

For all courses that are due to start from Monday 14th September 2020 you will be able to book via email from Tuesday 1st September 2020.  Please make your booking before 12 noon on Friday 11th September to allow us time to assess course viability.  There will be a maximum of 11 spaces available at the Studio for each course.

When we receive your email we will contact you to let you know if there is a place available for you on the course.  If there is you can then secure your booking by paying the appropriate course fee to the Studio account via BAC's.  All courses must be paid for at least 48 hours before the first session or they will be offered to people on the waiting list.   We will run a ZOOM session alongside the Studio session so if you prefer to stay at home to work out, or find the course you wish to attend is fully booked, you can join us virtually.  All courses need to achieve a minimum number of participants in order to run.  We will contact you with alternative options if your course fails to recruit the minimum number.
